General terms and conditions

1. Provider

2. Services
I provide web design, data analytics and marketing services in the scope of the packages Audit & diagnostics (a one-off analysis with a written report), Full loop (design and delivery of the website, measurement and the first campaign) and Ongoing optimisation (a monthly service). The exact scope of each package is stated next to its price on the main page and forms part of the contract. Custom work is agreed individually based on your enquiry.
3. Price and payment
Prices are stated with each package and are final; I am not a VAT payer. Payment is made in advance through the 24-pay payment gateway (card or bank button). The "Pay" button is an order with an obligation to pay. The contract is concluded the moment the order is successfully paid; the order result page informs you of the payment status, and I issue an invoice after receiving the payment.
4. Performance
The starting date is agreed based on the "When would you like to start" field of the order form and my capacity; I confirm it by email. Ongoing optimisation is provided month by month; each further month is ordered and paid separately — no automatic renewal and no lock-in. Deliverables are handed over electronically to the email given in the order.
5. Withdrawal from the contract
As a consumer you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion without giving a reason (§ 19 and § 20 of Act No. 108/2024 Coll.). If you ask me at checkout to begin before this period ends, you acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed; if you withdraw after partial performance, I am entitled to a proportional part of the price for what was already provided. You can withdraw via the online form on the Withdrawal page, by email, or using the model form below. I will confirm receipt without delay and refund all payments you are entitled to within 14 days, by the same means you used to pay. The right of withdrawal under this section belongs to consumers — natural persons acting outside their trade or business; business customers have no statutory right of withdrawal. The service counts as fully performed: Audit & diagnostics upon delivery of the written findings document, a month of Ongoing optimisation upon delivery of the monthly report, and Full loop upon handover of the agreed deliverables.
6. Complaints
I am liable for defects of the service under the Slovak Civil Code and Act No. 108/2024 Coll. To make a complaint, email test@email.com with a description of the defect; I will confirm receipt and resolve the complaint without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days. You will receive a written record of the outcome.
7. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are not satisfied with how your complaint was handled or believe your rights were infringed, you may ask me for redress. If I refuse or do not reply within 30 days, you have the right to submit a petition for alternative dispute resolution under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. to the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia), Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava (www.soi.sk), or to another entity on the list kept by the Slovak Ministry of Economy.
8. Supervisory authority

9. Final provisions
The contract and these terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic; this does not affect consumer rights under the law of your habitual residence. Personal data are handled as described in the Privacy policy. The version of these terms published on this page on the day you place the order applies.
