I’m Yevheniia Varchuk — a data analyst who designs websites. 4 years of practice taught me that a beautiful page is a hypothesis, not a result.
Every project starts with a conversation and ends with numbers. We agree scope and price in writing before any work starts; you get a single point of contact (me); work is delivered in the four stages of the loop, each with a concrete output you can see. Payment by invoice or online — an agreed deposit to start, the rest on delivery. No subscriptions you forget about: ongoing work is a monthly agreement either of us can end.

What I collect and why
Enquiry and contact forms: name, email, and anything you write in the message — plus company, phone and country if you provide them. Legal basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and my legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f)). Kept for 2 years after our last contact, then deleted; if we start working together, contract and invoice data are kept as tax law requires (10 years).
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 — only after you consent in the cookie banner. Collects usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device). Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer. The language preference is a strictly functional first-party cookie — no consent needed.
Recipients
Google Ireland Ltd. (analytics; data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses — a Data Processing Agreement is in place), hosting and email providers. I do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent — write to test@email.com. You can complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). Governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
