Design. Measure. Market. Optimise. Repeat.

Web design, analytics and marketing for small businesses in Slovakia and the EU — built as one loop, not three separate services.

Design Measure Market Optimise 1234

Three services. One system.

A website, its analytics and its marketing aren’t separate projects — they are one system that runs from design through measurement to improvement, and back. I design the page, measure what visitors do on it, bring the right people to it, and use what the numbers say to make the next version better. You can start with any single part — but every part is built to hand over to the next one.

Web design

Where the system starts — a site designed to convert, and to be measured from day one.

What it is

Design and build of small business websites: structure, content hierarchy, visual design and a working site. Every design decision is made with measurement in mind, so from the first day you can see what visitors actually do.

Who it is for

Small businesses and sole traders who need a site that brings enquiries — not just a business card. Both new sites and redesigns of existing ones.

Deliverables

  • Site structure and content outline
  • Clickable prototype
  • Design system (colours, type, components)
  • Built and launched website
  • Handover notes

How it connects

The design defines what gets measured (analytics) and where campaigns land (marketing). A page built without a measurement plan is a page you can’t improve.

Data analytics

The hinge of the system — numbers that decide what happens next.

What it is

Setting up honest measurement — what visitors do, where they come from, where they drop off — and turning it into decisions. Tracking plans, dashboards and regular readings of what the data says.

Who it is for

Businesses that have a website or campaigns running but decide by feel. Also anyone whose analytics was "set up once" and never checked.

Deliverables

  • Measurement audit of the current setup
  • Tracking plan (what is measured and why)
  • Analytics configured, with a consent-safe setup
  • Dashboard with the handful of numbers that matter
  • Written findings with recommended actions

How it connects

Analytics is the hinge of the loop: it scores the design and the marketing, and tells the next round what to change. This is the background the whole offer stands on.

Marketing

What feeds the system — visitors brought in deliberately, measured before they are admired.

What it is

Planning and running marketing that a small budget can afford: content, campaigns and channels chosen from data rather than fashion — and every campaign wired to measurement before it launches.

Who it is for

Businesses ready to bring visitors to a site that is worth visiting. Especially useful right after a redesign, when the loop is fresh.

Deliverables

  • Channel and audience recommendation
  • Campaign plan with budget split
  • Content plan
  • Launch of agreed campaigns
  • Post-campaign reading: what worked, what to change

How it connects

Marketing spends money; analytics proves what it bought; design turns the visit into an enquiry. Running one without the others is where budgets leak.

Method

Most websites are built once, launched, and left alone. Mine are built to learn. One loop, four stages — and the fourth stage starts the first one again.

1

Design & structure

Understand the business, structure the content, design and build the page.

Output: Prototype, design system

2

Measurement & analytics

Define what success means and wire the site to measure it.

Output: Tracking plan, dashboard

3

Marketing

Bring the right visitors — campaigns and content aimed at the goal.

Output: Campaigns, content plan

4

Optimisation

Read the data, test changes, keep what works.

Output: Test log, decisions, next round

The loop closes

Stage 4 is not the end — it is the brief for the next stage 1. The data shows which page underperforms, the design changes, the measurement confirms, the marketing adjusts. Each round is smaller and cheaper than the first, and the site gets better instead of older.

Want the whole loop, or just one turn of it?

I’m Yevheniia Varchuk — a data analyst who designs websites. 4 years of practice taught me that a beautiful page is a hypothesis, not a result. I work in Slovak, Ukrainian and English.
